All About Our Transdermal Cream
Frequently Asked Questions
How much caffeine does your cream contain?
Each ml of White Knight Transdermal skin cream contains 30 mg of
USP pharmaceutical grade caffeine … extracted from all natural coffee
beans. That is about the same caffeine as what is in “one third of a cup
of coffee” or what is in one 355ml can of Cola.
Does transdermal caffeine effect you just like drinkable caffeine?
When you absorb Caffeine Trans-dermally it absorbs at a much slower rate and takes about one hour before you experience its maximum effect. Drinkable caffeine in contrast is absorbed much faster; within about ten minutes after consuming a caffeinated beverage.
Most Remarkably The effect Transdermal caffeine has on you lasts for much longer … six-to-seven hours vs two-to-three hours for standard drinkable caffeine, at least twice as long!
How much caffeine do I apply to my skin, and how does it compare to drinkable caffeine?
Much smaller amounts of caffeine when applied to the surface of your skin will have a much greater effect on you when compared to drinkable caffeine. We recommend applying just one-half of a ml (two pumps of our White Knight skin cream tube) or just 15 mg of Transdermal caffeine to your neck-or-face to get the same “effect” as drinking one regular cup of coffee (100mg). The effect you do get, however, will last at least twice as long, over your regular drinkable caffeine.
Everyone will have to experiment … since individual sensitivities to caffeine will vary depending on how much caffeine you normally consume daily.
How much “Equivalent Caffeine” can I expect to get from one tube of White Knight Caffeinated Skin Cream?
For a heavy regular coffee drinker (3 to 4 cups per day) one tube of our caffeinated skin cream should provide the equivalent of fifty to sixty cups of drinkable coffee, with each cup lasting at least twice as long. Each of our White Knight Skin Cream tubes will provide at least 130 pumps with just two pumps (about one half of a ml) delivering the equivalent of one full regular cup of coffee. One 30 ml tube of our skin cream should therefore provide a heavy regular coffee drinker with at-least a three week supply of caffeine (two applications per day) … assuming they get all of their caffeine trans-dermally from our cream.
Is taking in your caffeine trans-dermally a healthy alternative?
Absolutely Yes! The Caffeine molecule is perfectly suited both in its molecular size and lipid solubility characteristics for Trans-dermal skin absorption. If you factor in all the sugar, artificial sweeteners, extra calories, and highly-acidic solutions that you’ll be avoiding by using trans-dermally delivered caffeine … it’s a no-brainer.
Do I have to totally switch from drinkable caffeine to trans-dermally applied caffeine?
No. Trans-dermal Caffeine is simply an alternative way of taking the caffeine you usually drink into your bloodstream. This makes it very convenient for people who travel a lot, or those who might be on the go and simply don’t have time to stop and grab a coffee. Everyone from truck drivers, to hikers, to athletes, to police officers, appreciates the convenience of always having their very own supply of caffeine with them. Whether it’s kept your glove compartment or in your purse … you can now decide exactly how much caffeine you require … and when you take it. You can enjoy a coffee with friends just like you normally do and then switch to trans-dermally applied caffeine when its most convenient … it’s that simple.
